These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of NexOpTech, Inc.’s website, APIs, and models. By using our services you agree to these terms. This is a placeholder document and should be reviewed by legal counsel before production use.

Use of the service

You may use our APIs and models in accordance with your plan and these terms. You are responsible for keeping your API keys secure and for all activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the services to:

• Violate any applicable law or third-party rights
• Process data you are not authorized to process
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the models or infrastructure
• Build competing models by systematically extracting outputs

Availability & SLAs

We aim for high availability and offer service-level agreements on paid plans. Service credits are the sole remedy for missed SLA targets, as described in your plan.

Fees & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, with usage-based overage billed in arrears. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NexOpTech is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
